I was originally a horror writer, I wrote since childhood and in my native language, all these stories are stored away in my desk. I live in Copenhagen, Denmark with my husband and children. I am mostly inspired by H.P. Lovecraft, Dan Simmons, Clive Barker, various internet stuff, and the true stories the newspapers sell me. But also I find my inspiration in different video games, and old time pen and paper role-playing games such as Call of Cthulhu and Vampire the Masquerade. I have a seperate blog about what inspires me if that should interest you. I do not upkeep the facebook account which I was urged to create for PR, but you can find me at Tumblr (if you don’t mind me fangirling about a million things) Or you can find me at Twitter (I warn you, it’s only set to repost anything I post, so it’s like a personal RSS feed) – And you can find me on facebook.
I have been a writer almost as long as I have been a reader. I live in the Northwest region of Arkansas in the United States and spend my non-writing life working as a designer in an engineering firm. I love all kinds of writing, and will read almost anything. I have written horror, science fiction, historical fiction, romance, and fantasy. I love zombies, werewolves, vampires and everything that goes bump in the night.
Some of my favorite authors are Sarah Monett, Jane S Francher, Alyx J. Shaw (check her out, seriously), Dan Simmons, J.R.R. Tolkien, Storm Constantine, and so many more. Some of the books that inspire me the most are The Doctrine of Labyrinths Series, The Shadow Unit books, and the dance of the Rings Trilogy. I also got a love for classic science fiction from my father, Ray Bradbury Fahrenheit 451, and Long After Midnight, Isaac Aszimov, and Orson Scott Card figure heavily in my development as writer as well. My dystopian fantasy heros are George Orwell and Yevgeny Zamyatin.
